Big Banks
We are partnered with all the big banks in Canada, which allows us to provide a hassle-free application process. Although, they have the greatest presence, some disadvantages may include stricter qualifying criteria, less variety of products and less expertise based on your unique situation.
Alternative Lender
Alternative Lenders are companies that look at lending differently as compared to the Big Banks. These lenders may consist of smaller banks, trust companies and insurance companies. Alternate Lenders usually will look at unique ways to lend based on the client's situation and provide solutions that are catered specifically to those needs.
Private Lenders
Private lenders consist of investment corporations and other lenders who have access to funding that can support your borrowing needs. Private lenders will qualify you based on the amount of down payment and equity as opposed to traditional income requirements.
